I’m thrilled to share some exciting news with you: The LOVE>hate Project is embarking on a new journey of transformation. After 11 years, we’re evolving, rebranding, and renewing our commitment to making a difference.
I’ve long said it’s too late for Jessie, but it is never too late for the countless victims, survivors, and thrivers of violence around the world. That’s why we’re embracing this change—to ensure our mission reaches and empowers every single person affected by violence.
Last summer, we celebrated our 10th anniversary and reflected on our journey. Then, during our fall retreat, we made some big decisions: We retired decade one and launched decade two, with a focus on sustainability and inclusivity. We’re building a bigger organization, less dependent on one person’s story and more inclusive of everyone’s experiences.
As part of our rebranding, we’re introducing a new logo: a half butterfly and a heart. The butterfly symbolizes transformation, while the heart represents love—two elements at the core of our organization. We’re transitioning from being Buck’s and Jessie’s story to being everyone’s story.
We hope you’ll embrace our new logo as much as we do. It’s a symbol of our dedication to transforming culture, impacting thinking, and changing behavior. Together, we’re rewriting narratives and building a future free from violence.
